I'm off on a much needed holiday in AUS later this week (possible mini-travel diary in the works?) So, of course, I decided to show you what I'm bringing! To be quite honest, one of my favorite things about going away is packing - and I'm known to over pack. I have this fear of not being prepared or forgetting things on holiday - if you look in my suitcase, you'd probably think I was leaving home forever and bringing three different wardrobes as well. Or stocking an entire department store. Or dressing every single person in the country I'm visiting... You get the picture. I'm trying to get better with my packing, though, this time round, I've chosen versatile pieces that can be paired with each other, and layered. Since I'm only away for a week and a bit, I don't need to pack my department store.
Here is a general idea of what I'm packing: I've tried to keep it relatively simple & relaxed, and as I'm not quite sure what's up with the weather/what were doing I'm using this as a guideline I guess! (Some of these aren't exact matches to my wardrobe, sorry! X)
#OOTW-WHAT IM PACKING
IN THE CARRY ON
This bag is vital for my survival and sanity on planes. I kind of hate them- don't know why. My carry on has to have things to distract me and all the boring practical things. I think this one has both!
Headphones, serum planes are extremely drying! Try something like Clarins HydraQuench Intensive Serum Bi-Phase. Wallet- passport, ID, money, documents, etc. Book- I’m currently reading Alexa Chung’s ‘It’ online. Journal & pen, hair ties, brush, chargers, MacBook, lip balm (again with the whole planes are drying thing.) Natio Young Moisturiser this stuff comes everywhere with me.
Thanks for the read hun!
